GROUP VISITS

Coaches & Large groups

If you are looking at arranging a large group visit to Kelmarsh Hall & Gardens, booking is essential via Kelmarsh Hall directly (link below).

Once booked, groups larger than 20 that require lunch, a  group set menu will be supplied at the time of booking.

The set menu is to ensure your group maximises their days schedule, you are seated together, food is ready to be served at a convenient time and is prompt service so you have more time to enjoy your day at Kelmarsh Hall & Gardens. Your tables will be reserved  indoors to accommodate for all weather types on the day.

Whilst you are visiting the Hall & Gardens the Tearoom is also providing service to other customers. To enable smooth and efficient service to your group and fairness to other visitors, large groups cannot order lunch from our regular menu on the day as wait times can be become very lengthy and our timely service is compromised.  

​

Picnicking is allowed in the gardens and there are many benches dotted around for you to sit and enjoy your picnic whilst wandering around the gardens.

The tearoom tables to the front of the visitors centre, inside and to the rear of the tearoom are not available for picnicking to ensure seating is available for other guests wanting to use the Tearoom.
